Since day of install my game has only half functioned. Even though the product i purchased said i would have access to basic battlepass to unlock weapons and upgrades.half of the weapons in my list are locked and will never be accessible because of whatever software glitch or problem its having.

I would have never ever purchased the game had i know that my battlepass was never gonna be accessible or my armoury either. I was told at time of purchase in the digital pack i purchased that i would have basic battle pass accesability to unlock weapons and upgrades for them and nothing anywhere before sale of black ops 6 was ever mentioned about the armoury being locked to 100's and thousands of players including me. *** made over 20 email requests for activision to correct the problem that only half of my game will functiin since day 1 of install. As soon as i noticed the battlepass wouldnt let me enter it i created the 1st support ticket the day i purchased the game from steam.

They re directed me to activision customer support that has litterally done nothing to try to fix my problem what so ever. After moths of dealing with word for word exact same rebuttals from im guessing animated or automated supposed support personel it not likely i would have the same support reps. Contact me and me explain exactly whats going on and get verbatum answers out of a live human being. So i asked for a refund and immediately told i wasnt elligable for a refund and the so called support rep makes up in their mind somehow that the problem im calling about is about an add on for the game ant they are non refundable?

I dont have the 1st add on purchased ever for black ops 6 because the game they sold me wont function fully why would i chance buying add on so i can waste more money in what was a new game or supposed new game less then a year old at time of purchase dec 19th 2025. Since that day ive emailed support over 20 times and the first chance they get where i cant answer the verbatum rebuttal they have sent over and over they close my ticket and say since they havent heaed from me they are closing the ticket when they know good and well they havent corrected anything to make my game function properly and legally they sell something and advertise all the things that come with it and half of them dont work it ahould be enough grounds for a full refund of the purchased game. As soon as i got mad and sick of waiting for nothing to happen for months and months i finally asked them to refund me and i would delete the game. I paid for a full working copy of black ops 6 less then a year after its release and i cant get any support for it what so ever and a hard no on a refund for this trashy mess of a game.

Had i known that the game had serious software problems through a disclaimer that should be posted on any site that sells this game that it only half way functions i would have never wasted my money or the time i have involved in unlocking the junk weapons that it allows me to unlock. *** played call of duty ever since the 1st zombies game came out spent thousands of dollars over the years in skins and weapons packs and d.l.c.only to have activision say F you buddy no refund and no fixxinf your game for you what we will do is keep closing every support ticket you make. We dont care how long u have supported the franchise. All this has left a bad taste in my mouth and ill *** ever buy another call of duty game or modern warefare in my life.

If they are gonna treat me like a mangy dog and kick me around and not care enough to fix or refund software that they made promises on what u can access before time of purchase knowwing before hand you cant access armoury at all its glitched out or battle pass id have never bought this heap of crap game. I woulda bought that "woke" junk game game "Arc Raider" instead atleast it is fully functioning and they didnt lie about what u get before u purchase it knowwing way before hand that u cant. Pretty aure falsely advertising something is totally illegal in tge ***. I really dont underatand how they even get away with it honestly.

If they had a dislaimer stating that parts if the game are un accessable and i went ahead and purchased it that would be a different story...but to have them spit in my face when i ask them for months to fix it and finally outta total disgust ask for a refund and immediately im talking within seconds get a HARD NO reply to any refund even though since tge day it was installed it was a mess and wouldnt function up to what they advertise u get when u buy just the base game of call of duty 6. I should have basic battlepass and my armoury shouldnt still be locked after prestige 9...it says it unlocks when u progress thru first starting and reach level 24...but they dont care a billion dollar franchise wont stand behind their game period. Wont fix it or even attempt to fix it. Then when u ask for a refund they basically laugh in your face while tgey are holding the 70$ in their hand waving it infront of your face...what a bunch of chumps.

Id say what they really are but then tgis would never be pisted because of all tge derogitory things i have to say about tge franchise and what its turned into. This was my all time favorite game in the world. Now i could care less if the corporation went bankrupt and never put out another game.activision you are trash your games are trash u may have fooled me once but ill never purchase another game by any developer listed in black ops 6 ever. U lost a lifetime supporter by being really crappy people who lie cheat and steal from consumers...and im sure im not alone so...on that note i hope u lose everything and your whole company goes broke.

Ill never support black ops or any game they put out or purchase a game that any of the devs.

On this game have a single thing to do with.in the video i show exactly what happens when i try to log into battlepass and i havea video showwing my armoury locked up after reaching prestige 9 lvl1 also show a photo of my prestige lvl and my armoury still locked up right beside of it. This has been going on since i installed the game and both activision and steam where alerted about it same day of purchase but still activision says im not elligable for a refund...miss me with that bulls#!+

My Call of Duty Mobile account was hacked about 1 month ago. The hacker changed my email and password, and I lost access completely. Since then, the hacker has been actively using my account and has made several changes:
- Added a Legendary SMG.
- Added 3 Legendary Sniper rifles: one from a special event (not from a draw), one from the Kui Ji draw with the new Mythic skin, and one from the Black Noir draw.
- Purchased and completed a Battle Pass but didn't claim all items.
- Changed my display picture and background image.
I have contacted Activision support multiple times and provided them with video evidence, Google Play purchase receipts, and my account details. But they keep giving automated responses and asking me to create a temporary Steam account, which I cannot do because of technical errors with Steam. They are not helping me manually verify my identity.
I am the real owner and I have all the proof, including purchase receipts. I am requesting that Activision manually review my case and restore my account.

So, a year back I swapped from Xbox to PlayStation, going from a low-end Series S to a 10 teraflop PS5 Slim disc edition. I went to log in with my Microsoft account's email thinking they used that as the email; nope.

Turns out they used some email that doesn’t exist. I don't even know it, nor do I have access to this 'mattdog2011@***.com,' and I reasonably said, 'No, that isn't any email that I own?!'.

And I've just about looked everywhere, and now their customer support line on general info redirects you to the website! I've spent hundreds of dollars on my Call of Duty games that I don't even know the Gmail for, so as of right now, I have to start over until I find a way to fix a mess I didn't make!!!

I am a long-time Call of Duty player living in ***. For weeks, I have tried to verify my Activision account, but their SMS verification system does NOT support Algerian phone numbers (+213).

I have no access to a foreign number. Their support team gave me automated replies like "use a number from a supported country" and closed my case (#***) without a solution. I asked for manual verification or an authenticator app, but they refused.

This is a regional restriction that locks out legitimate paying customers. Activision needs to offer alternative verification methods for unsupported regions.

The players were playing in a modded match and making me fill like I did not exist and I got limited match making and now I want to take the limited match making off my Black Ops 7 game for multiplayer and warzone play and the funny part was they got it all wrong. I tell you one thing that the Activision will not get from is my hard earned money ever again.

They will never *** me out of alot of time played and money.

*** the Activision team for getting the wrong players and the son of a *** that sayed I was cheating *** that piece of *** microsoft company. Inconclusion, they will be losing money for now on because I used to play this alot and bought alot of content with them never again save your money people and your time because life more than a dog *** of a game like cod series *** them good bye.
