I am not a pissed off customer I am actually a very long time loyal customer however I got an email from Activision with a case number saying that information was requested on my account and that after 30 days all my info and Call of Duty mobile account would be deleted I didn't do any of this I absolutely do not want my Call of Duty account deleted. I've spent a lot of money on the account I have some in-app purchases that I want to make but I'm reluctant to do it because I still don't know if it's going to be deleted nobody can give me a straight answer. Soon as I saw that there was an open case I changed my password and closed the case immediately I don't know if I got to it in time I hope I did I am just praying to God that I do not get my Call of Duty Mobile account closed please help I attached a photo of the email I got from Activision with the case number explaining what they said is going to happen

I had my Activision account linked to my main PlayStation account and I got banned for a while on PlayStation so I unlinked the account and linked my new PlayStation account to this activation which is my main activision and I had 2680 cod points on my account and when I linked it to my new PlayStation account the cod points werent there anymore and still arent i dont know if there someway I can prove this to yall but I swear it had 2680 cod points on my account and I just want them back so I can spend them on the game which I intended to when I paid for them. Down below Ive added that Ive paid and fully completed the blackcell version of the battle pass and before I paid for that I had 280 cod points on my account I also showed that I have 0 cod points now and that I havent purchased any packs since I received the cod points really hope you can guys can help me thank you very much

Call of Duty Mobile is an amazing game and in my opinion it isnt better than Black Ops 2 or 1. but either way i have enjoyed each game since childhood and ever since it came out on iPhone i have been playing ever since, i have play Call Of Duty Mobile season beta version and Season 1 i am a loyal gamer to Activision and ever since War zone mobile came out, you guys as a company are killing it to let War Zone mobile get the spotlight.
why, dont let it die out i have enjoyed this game ive been legendary 24 seasons in a row non stop and ive never had a sense of hate for y'all till now. i know im not the only one emailing to having a complaint and maybe my voice wont ever get heard and yall will throw this in a pile or complaints that will never be heard but ill just add onto it. seriously dont let it die as an OG and someone whos loved your games since the ages of 10 and 11. Please as part of the community who wishes cod mobile to stay alive, please hear our voices and hear us well we want Alcatraz back to us we want the game equal.
its ruined with the legendary and mythic weapons and characters. its not even military style anymore just a bunch of fantasy games. bring us back the nostalgia for when we group up with the guys and play together and have fun. dont let it die i love the game so much and i know just my voice wont entirely change the outcome of your decision but hear us, weve been loyal and honored to y'all for years and years.

I have purchased every COD game sense World at War. I am having issues gettting into my account and changing the email associated with my Activision account so I can link it to a new platform.
That being said the site is requiring me to send an email verification to an email that is NO LONGER EXISTENT and I have NO WAY TO GET INTO. I need to figure out how I can change the Email associated with my account or I will not be purchasing any further games or buying any additional bundles in the COD store. I have been a loyal player for years and am quite disappointed that I can not get a representative on the phone or find any way to email anyone to get this issue resolved. I go to call the support phone number and it tells me to go to the website, website then provides no information on how to fix it.
Call and try to reach the operator and get 'no one is there to answer your calls'. This is a disappointment and I will not be spending any more money with this company

After 3 days of try to get some1 on the phone and emailing still nothing happens. Its Looks like paying customer are not relevant enough to help them out. Its a shame after microsoft bought activision that no one is there who you can Talk to.

Nein, leider nicht geklärt Ich rufe sie täglich an, bin Meisters Ca. 20 Minuten am Telefon in der Warteschleife und dann schneidet es mich einfach ab Ich hab Schon 4 Mails an Activision geschickt aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten Ich bin kein Kind, ich Mülleimer 48 Jahre alt und bin ziemlich enttäuscht und wüttend.
Ich wurde am Wochenende und Faulheit Woche mehrmals aus der Wertung in CoD 3 ausgeschlossen und habe Punkte verloren, ohne jeglichen Grund habe ich meine Regeln gebrochen Mülleimer Wochenende Krieg die schlußzeit 2 stunden.
Ich bitte Sie daher, die Ausschluss - und Sperrzeit wieder auf 0 zu setzen und meine abgezogenen Punkte werden mir wieder gutgeschrieben.
Ich Spiele auf PS5.
