I am not a pissed off customer I am actually a very long time loyal customer however I got an email from Activision with a case number saying that information was requested on my account and that after 30 days all my info and Call of Duty mobile account would be deleted I didn't do any of this I absolutely do not want my Call of Duty account deleted. I've spent a lot of money on the account I have some in-app purchases that I want to make but I'm reluctant to do it because I still don't know if it's going to be deleted nobody can give me a straight answer. Soon as I saw that there was an open case I changed my password and closed the case immediately I don't know if I got to it in time I hope I did I am just praying to God that I do not get my Call of Duty Mobile account closed please help I attached a photo of the email I got from Activision with the case number explaining what they said is going to happen

I had my Activision account linked to my main PlayStation account and I got banned for a while on PlayStation so I unlinked the account and linked my new PlayStation account to this activation which is my main activision and I had 2680 cod points on my account and when I linked it to my new PlayStation account the cod points werent there anymore and still arent i dont know if there someway I can prove this to yall but I swear it had 2680 cod points on my account and I just want them back so I can spend them on the game which I intended to when I paid for them. Down below Ive added that Ive paid and fully completed the blackcell version of the battle pass and before I paid for that I had 280 cod points on my account I also showed that I have 0 cod points now and that I havent purchased any packs since I received the cod points really hope you can guys can help me thank you very much

After 3 days of try to get some1 on the phone and emailing still nothing happens. Its Looks like paying customer are not relevant enough to help them out. Its a shame after microsoft bought activision that no one is there who you can Talk to.

I have had my call of duty account placed under review simply for linking it to my steam account as I recently bought a gaming pc. The moment I linked the account I was unable to search for games and when I researched the reason for this I was informed Id been shadow banned I checked the activision website and it confirmed this.
They have not been in contact to inform me of this and have been impossible to contact. It seriously has me considering boycotting anything activision. I have not cheated and never would as I despise cheaters as they ruin the game experience for others.
My kill to death ratio is stable across all game modes there has been no spikes, my score per minute is average bordering on low and I spend a lot of money on their bundles and have even pre ordered the new call of duty yet they treat me and others as though we dont matter, they act like they care about the call of duty community yet time and time again they prove they dont. They need to offer customer support to UK users and also have better communication when these things happen, I am missing out on the haunted event and I guarantee they will not reimburse or compensate me for this which is again pathetic as I will of lost out on all the new blue prints and unlocks plus I have missed out on time playing the zombie game modes etc which is time I cannot get back, CapBaloo is my gamer tag and if they wish to respond my email is always open and they can always ask for my number if theyre concerned about having what they say in writing but seriously this needs to be fixed!

I'm calling because I bought the game purchased the game at Walmart in Kentucky and moved to California and it's still not working and I want to know why. I called yesterday on the 23rd was on the phone from way early in the morning until way late in the evening absolutely nothing was done and then my case was closed just like that to basically I'm out $80 with no help whatsoever from them about the game it's not my fault the game is loaded Into the internal hard drive and the game has no scratches whatsoever this didn't happen until the 4th update and the fifth update yet I can't get no help from them as far as customer service is concerned Activision is the worst I've ever came across also my copy isn't a copy the one I got is bought in this form and a case at a store which would be Walmart brands make a new not used nothing brand new
User's recommendation: My recommendations is to stay away from anything to do with Activision unless you want ripped off and told you can't be helped case closed it's your problem after that basically what they're saying is buy another game
